Roland joined Bongarde in 2016 after successfully growing revenue 50% and building the most profitable direct sales team at Shaw systems.
Previous to Shaw, Roland lead the dramatic sales growth of 1-800-got-junk through its initial start-up stages.
Roland's goal is to help Bongarde achieve dramatic improvements in the performance of its sales teams, raise employee and customer engagement, brand loyalty and to create ambassadors and leaders in all levels of the company through Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring and Inspiration.
