Robert Ransom – CEO and President
Robert Ransom is CEO and President of Bongarde. Rob’s career has focused on bringing web-based products and services to a variety of business-to-business segments. He previously served as Vice President of Product and Marketing at AdReady, launching the company’s innovative self-service display advertising solution, and was Vice President of Product and Marketing at Market Leader (NASDAQ: LEDR) as the startup sales and marketing services company grew to $98 million in revenue. Prior to Market Leader, Rob spent more than six years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Rob graduated cum laude with an A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, and received his MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Glenn Demby – Vice President of Editorial
Glenn Demby is Vice President of Editorial at Bongarde focused on our compliance information services. Glenn has over 15 years of editorial experience specializing in explaining complicated laws and their impact on day-to-day business in the areas of workplace safety, human resources, environment, real estate, education and finance. Prior to publishing, Glenn practiced corporate law for the Wall Street firm, Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton after receiving his law degree from Columbia Law School. Glenn earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
John Doyle – Vice President of Products
John Doyle is Vice President of Products at Bongarde. His background includes over 10 years of experience building and managing B2B information companies, with specific expertise in online services. Previously, John was Vice President of Operations and Finance at Pyramid Research, where he designed the company’s first online market data service and participated actively in its 2008 sale and integration into United Business Media (LON: UBM). Prior to Pyramid, John was a research analyst and manager at Greenwich Associates, a financial markets information and consulting company. John holds a BA in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School.
Joyce Juntunen – Director of Sales
Joyce is Director of Sales and Service at Bongarde. She brings over 15 years of telesales, customer service and training experience to the team. She came to Bongarde from MarketLeader (NASDAQ: LEDR) where she worked for 6 years in the sales department most recently managing their training department after leading their top revenue grossing sales team. Her sales and management career started in aerospace (TriStar Aerospace) and telecommunications (Qwest Wireless). She graduated with a B.S. in Mass Communications from Boston University.
Pete Stowe – Vice President of Information Services
Pete Stowe is Vice President of Information Services at Bongarde. His background includes launching over 50 B2B newsletters in both print and digital formats, online services, and numerous ancillary products. Previously, Pete was Vice President of Executive Reports Corporation, a division of Prentice-Hall, President of the Professional Newsletters division of Simon & Schuster, partner in ProPub, Inc, and Marketing Director at Brownstone Publishing. Pete holds a BA from the University of Southern California.

Wayne Cooper
Wayne Cooper is a Managing Director of Greenhaven Partners, Chairman of Chief Executive Group and Chairman of Exchange Networks. He served as CEO of Kennedy Information from 1996 through 2003, which he grew organically by over 50% per year before orchestrated the sale of the company to The Bureau of National Affairs, and the Chairman of Pyramid Research from 2004 until it’s sale to United Business Media in 2008.Wayne has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.
Giles Goodhead
Giles Goodhead is a Managing Director of Greenhaven Partners. Previously he was CEO of LA411/Media Publishing International and also served on the Boards of Directors of Pyramid Research and TGI through their build-ups and sales. Prior to Greenhaven he was a strategy consultant at Monitor Company in Los Angeles with clients in telecoms, media, aerospace and chemicals. Giles holds an MBA from Stanford University and a double-first in Economics from Cambridge University, England.
Marshall Cooper
Marshall Cooper is Chairman of Bongarde and a Managing Director of Greenhaven Partners. Marshall currently serves as CEO of Chief Executive Group, and CEO of LuxuryBrandNetwork.com. He previously served as President of Kennedy Information, which he helped grow 650% in five years before its sale. Prior to Greenhaven, Marshall did merger and acquisition and strategy work for K-III Communications (now Primedia) and The New York Times Company, and also served on the White House Communications staff under George H.W. Bush. Marshall holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
